Ensuring an inclusive conference is a priority for us.
To this end, we are collaborating with Hannah from Event Enable, who has conducted a site visit and developed an accessibility plan for the event. She will serve as our Event Accessibility Officer on the day of the conference and is also overseeing the subtitling software we will be using. We will have a visual guide ready a week before the event.
