Ensuring an inclusive conference is a priority for us.
To this end, we are collaborating with Hannah from Event Enable, who has conducted a site visit and developed an accessibility plan for the event. She will serve as our Event Accessibility Officer on the day of the conference and is also overseeing the subtitling software we will be using.
On the day of the conference, those looking for access to subtitles can scan the qr code above which will take them to our ‘Messenger Pigeon” page where Hannah will share subtitles of the conference on the day.
Subtitles will be available via a qr card and will be a webpage on your browser.
