Maldron hotels complimentary shuttle bus is every 20-30 minutes, you can call the hotel to find out when the next shuttle bus at +353 1 808 0500.

There are two entrances to the building: the main door, which is accessed by a flight of seven stairs, and an accessible entrance on your left, which features a ramp. 



There is a quiet area in the form of a corridor if you exit the event room, via the left doors, and there are 4 sofas for you to sit out. You can also sit in the reception area which consists of sofas and tables and chairs.

If both are too busy for you the hotel can provide space in the restaurant area on request.

 There is also a coffee shop located in the hotel reception area. You can order at the counter or at seating via a qr code

8.00 – registration

The registration desk will be located at the door to the event room.

If you are unable to wait in line for registration, please inform us so we can prioritise your entry into the event.

Our event team is trained to recognize sunflower lanyards and Jam cards, which both indicate that you may have an invisible disability and might require assistance. Printed name tags will be available, though they are optional

We will be implementing a traffic light system for networking. This is also optional.

A green sticker signifies that you are open to being approached, a yellow sticker indicates that you would prefer to approach people, and a red sticker indicates that you prefer to listen rather than engage at this time

Room Layout: 
The Conference will be held in the Fitzmaurice Suite which will be in theatre layout for 200 people.

The seating will all be the same hard back chairs with no armrests.

Timing:
Panels 15 mins long and workshops 45 mins.
Feel free to come and go while session are on.
