What’s The Difference Between Virtual and In-Person Attendance:

In-Person Attendees will have the opportunity to network face-to-face and engage directly with speakers and other participants.
Virtual Attendees (VAs) can watch the speakers and presentations live, including viewing slides. Any resources or download links mentioned by the speakers will be accessible via QR codes on the relevant slides. While VAs won’t have in-person networking opportunities, they will still receive all the key content.
All attendees, whether virtual or in-person, will receive a recording of the event via email within 48 hours.

Event Enable Website

Ensuring an inclusive conference is a priority for us.

To this end, we are collaborating with Hannah from Event Enable, who has conducted a site visit and developed an accessibility plan for the event.

She will serve as our Event Accessibility Officer on the day of the conference and is also overseeing the subtitling software we will be using. We will have a visual guide ready a week before the event.
